We go once a year (at least) for my birthday Cinnabon. We got the box to be able to share with family. That day we got them out... after dinner and warmed up per instructions and they are as hard as rocks. I have never had them this bad before. Verydisappointed. I knew we wouldn?t get a chance that day to go back to the mall and return the uneaten Cinnabons so I attempted tocall numerous times and not once did they answer.
