Roast beef tasted like cardboard which blew my mind, but not really.. I guess Arby's jumped on the trash food wagon, only more... expensive of course. Counting drawers (money) then retrieving our food with no gloves nor hand washing and they seemed botheredthat I asked someone to please bag it with clean hands since the fries aren't covered/wrapped! ???????? No one greeted me uponentering the empty restaurant, although three employees and the manager were up front, nor did anyone thank me for my patronage?Personally, I have been done with them since they discontinued the potato cakes but wanted to grab something ready to eat aftera long & cold week and I can't stand McDonald's anymore even though I suffer through it for my Grandbabies some days.. Hands down the BEST employees! Every time we go inside to dine the tables are always clean, someone is ALWAYS cleaning the... dining room AND all the staff greet you with a smile. The food is always made to order and hot. I got a gyro this evening and Iwas a little iffy about ordering it, to my surprise it was delicious! Whatever management is doing keep it up because you?redoing something right!!! Read more
I'm a big fan of this particular Arby's. The inside is always clean, the staff is friendly, and my order is always accurate and... ready quickly. If you live in the area, they send out coupons regularly that are a great value. I don't give many fast foodplaces 5 stars, but this restaurant earns it every time. Read more
This place tends to be hit or miss it's Arby's so you kind of get what you pay for. Make sure if you come here you check your... bag before you leave the window because about 70% of the time they have forgotten something or given you the wrong item. Disappointed again! My favorite items have either been removed from the menu like the ham & swiss,or there just out of lemonade... or bacon or it seems everything I try to order. But the food I did finally decide on was very good and the drive thru guy wasvery nice and clean looking for a change. But kind expensive for fast food. Read more
Very upsetting experience. Was using the app for the first time. Was ordering at the counter inside. I was using one of the... deals. It says using in store .... scan the bar code. The lady at the register tried but it wouldn't work. I laid my phone flaton counter hoping that would help. She was pointing it very close. She said I don't know how to make this work. I suggestedholding it a bit farther back. That didn't work either. She ask the manager for help and he Barked at her to use it like acoupon. She was truely trying. She then told him, "there's not a coupon for this". He basicly ignored her. She kept trying thebar code scanner. I finally said. I'd sorely think your manager would be willing to help you. Which he heard and came walkingover saying " What did you just say " in a very threatening voice. I replied I just think when she ask for help you shouldhelp her. Horrible service! As if my order was hard ???? I ordered 3 sliders 2 fries. Asked for Au jus on the side, they said okay. I... received no receipt and realized they charged me for 3 sliders 3 fries and au jus, but didn't receive the Au jus at all. And gotextra stuff i didn't need. And thats after the 25 minute wait. I hate that I?m leaving a one star just because I love the morning/day shift but I feel it?s necessary because of how rude night... shift is. I?m currently here at 650pm and the front end cashier made me feel like I shouldn?t have walked in. Didn?t greet me,spoke to me turned sideways with zero eye contact. I thought she was talking to someone else until she turned and gave me a goto hell look and extended her arm with the receipt. Thank you for making me feel so small.
