Honestly can't say if it was good or bad as I never got to try it. I sat in the drive thru with at least 8 other cars to finally... just be told once we got to the drive thru speaker that they weren't taking orders cause of a medical emergency. I'm onlygiving them a 3 cause I thought they could of at least sent one of the multiple workers out to the cars that sat there for30+mins and tell them that before they got to the drive thru speaker. Serving size was disappointing, my double no bad was half the size of my family's regular classics. Fries were cold and hard.... Would hand returned them had we not driven off needing to reach our next stop. Still frustrated the company got rid of thepotato cakes and have also stopped carrying side salads. Read more
Always amazing people at this location. Never had a rude person. Since moving here 7yrs ago, we've had nothing but real... customer service and correct orders! They need to teach McDonalds employees how to work! Read more
This place was by far the worst. The food was cold, the lady serving us our food wasn?t wearing gloves, or anything to keep her... hair from getting in our food. We paid 25 dollars for a meal that was worth maybe 5 dollars. I don?t not recommend. Read more
The Drive-thru overall experience was great. Super fast and efficient location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My food... was fresh and properly prepared. The strawberry lemonade was ???????? I didn't get a chance to snap a picture of the old Arbyssignage, but it was fascinating to see old school marketing. Great job to staff and management. ???????????? Read more
They ran out of roast beef and burgers. Had to choose something else. I chose a brisket sandwich and after a couple bites got a... mouthful of fat. When we walked in there was only 1 table that needed a little cleaning, other than that super clean. Thewomen's bathroom had pieces of toilet paper on the floor and some toilet paper stuck in the inside of the toilet bowl (wouldn'tflush down) both the manager and a crew member (at different times) came by our table to check on us and ask if everything wasgood etc. Very great customer service! Always seem to have fresh popcorn chicken and they seem to be the only fast food place that still uses real meat.
