manager was beyond rude and when i called about my order she was aggressive and yelling through the phone. very unprofessional.
Wasn't very friendly, asked for sauce didn't get it put in the bag.Fries looked like they where sitting all day and they could... not have any more salt in the restaurant because it was all on this container of fries. There where very little fries in thecontainer and employees where talking about another employee calling in with a ear ache. More concerned in talking to each otherrather then the customer in the drive Thur. Seemed rushed to hand items out the window,no thank you etc. This is the receipt ofthe food and the container of fries which had to be thrown out do to being salty and unfit to eat. Read more
Unlike most arbys, it didn't take long for our food to be ready. This one has best drive-thru!
Had to wait in line for 15 minutes yet I was the first person in that line because the employees just ignored me. Then finally... when one tried to wait on me mgr. Pushed him out way n took over register for a customer that was in drive thru before lettinghim wait on .e. got food and down road my order was completely wrong. Terrible service. Was excited to try the new wagyu burger served medium well. What I received was a burnt hockey puck it was so tough I couldn't... even chew it. Stopped here after 10:30pm because I was so disappointed in the Broadway location. They had everything I asked for and was very... polite and professional. My food is even fresh and hot. The light was on and the building was very inviting for so late atnight. So thankful I live close to this location and the great staff working late hours. Your team rocks! Read more
EXTREMELY RUDE!! ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! The last 30 minutes before close they refuse to do their job on a Saturday night... really?... The girl working the store kicked us out of the drive thru and I guess it was one of the girls boyfriends pulled up bypassed thedrive thru box and went straight to the window.. she handed him a drink while he turned his car off and parked by the window andjust sat there.. but we got kicked out for actually trying to spend money. It is the job of the workers to serve the public.. Iguess they didn't want me and my kids to eat. I love Arby's but I refuse to ever go back to that one or refer to friends orfamily. Fast and friendly service. Wraps always fresh and sandwiches always hot. Inside is clean so our family always comes into eat for... lunch bc the atmosphere is so nice.! Thank you Clinton Highway Arby's! Best in town hands down!! Read more
