Went in to order, food was great timely clean. I asked for ketchup was snapped at,asked for lemons was asked why.. so I stopped... and decided to enjoy my awesome sandwich and use my pants for napkins cashier was tired. Most likely in need of alot oftraining. Customer service should be ber number one. The rest of the meal was great. You never tell a customer anywhere customer-"mam your out of ketchup", "ya I heard the last guy" What guy, what dies that have to do with me? I got to go packs and enjoyedthe great meal quickly. I got a lamb gyro and large jamocha. Quality was THE BEST on both of ANY Arby's I've ever been to! The didn't turn away my large... bill, as 2 other fast food places prior to going to Arby's. I have a renewed faith in their ability to provide fast, TOP QUALITYfood, at a very reasonable place. I will go to Magnolia location ONLY for all my future Arby's visits. Well done!!! Read more
Been a while since I've eaten at Arby's. The customer service was ok. The food was good. Ordered crinkle cut fries but received... curly instead. Really miss the potato cakes. Read more
Strangest place we?ve ever stopped on a road trip. The counter worker only said ?ok? never asked what we would like, thank you... but OK.? She was eating at one of the round tables in front of the wait counter off of a plate. She served food during thisand failed to wash her hands when getting fries out of the basket. This woman had scabs on her arms. Her male friend was in thelobby area and was very odd acting. Talking very loud, leaving and returning and informing the entire restaurant what washappening in his mind. My wife and I sat away from the area that they were in. My wife?s beef cheddar had at the most 1/2teaspoon of cheddar. She was too put off by the counter staff that she just ate it. Additional ?odd? people came into therestaurant and made us so uncomfortable that we hurriedly ate and left. Read more
It's pretty busy but the staff is okay as far as keeping up. Seemed like they were fully staffed. Roast beef for sure. Not the... best but better than average. No complaints. Recommend over McDs, BK, or Subway. Read more
Very friendly service. I was pleasantly surprised with the service, time and food quality. I live in the area and the... restaurants on Magnolia are below average. From the service and the wait to the quality of food. This Arby's will be the onlyfast food I will ever revisit in the area. Read more

Short staffed so ordering included wait time. Condiment dispensers not in use. Ran out of small fry containers. Ran out of TP,... using napkins instead !! Needs some proper management. Read more
