If zero, stars was an option, I would choose it. I came in last night, was given a complete wrong order, and was also not given... my receipt. I attempted to call last night, and they did not answer the phone. Therefore, I tried to call twice this morning,they did not answer the phone. Understandable, I went to the store. I came inside, and I expressed to them that I had called andtried to ask for help, but nobody has answered the phone, I was called a liar when they thought that I could not hear them, theylaughed and joked about me while they cook my food, Lord knows, if they spit in it. They also proceeded to joke about peoplewho had down syndrome, saying that things that look silly had down syndrome. I know they could not see it, but I have my tasktrained service dog laying at my feet while they are making these jokes. While I might not have down syndrome, it shows howdisabilities are a joke to these people. Unless you want your disability to be made fun of, your food to be wrong and thenworkers question your sanity, don?t go to the Arby?s on schaad. Read more

I have the Arby's mobile app, and I had a 33% off coupon, I could not get it to work, when I ask the manager, she said that... she could have gave me the % off but never offered, because I had already paid for the food. Read more

Stopped in to grab lunch with my fiancé she likes the French Dip me I'm just plain roast beef. There wasn't any wait and our... food was fixed quickly. The restaurant was clean except for the bathroom which could have been cleaner. Staff was polite andhelpful. This is one of the better Arbys I've been to. Read more

Usually the food is excellent. I assuming because I got really fresh fries....the poor pecan chicken salad sandwich I received... was deemed acceptable. Lol, I see apples....I see grapes...oh and lettuce. Just unfortunate. Read more
