This location has always being very clean and the workers have always been very nice. The food has almost always hot and fresh... tasting. Only a couple of times over the last 3 years has my food been sub par for Arby's, and management always made it right!The restrooms at this location are very clean most of the time. ( That's a big plus in my book for fast food places, it'snormally an indicator of how clean the kitchen area is kept.) Read more
This Arby's is a great place to eat in or go through the drve thru. They are always nice and your order is correct. They're also... good about giving extra sauces when I order 8 classic roast beef sandwiches. The food is always hot and fresh! I wish there wasan Arby's in Seymour Tn!!! Read more
We couldn?t even eat here?instead stood at the counter for 10 minutes. There was a huge line and not one employee acknowledged... customers wanting to order food. There were plenty of employees working so I?m not sure what the problem is. We ended up leavingbecause they refused to take our order. Very strange. Read more
Usually this location is good, but tonight I was handed my drink. I told the older lady that I had requested no ice. She simply... took my card.... Never looked me in the face and closed the door. Then she opens the drive thru door and says.... You said noice? Generally they (and every other fast food place asks if you want any sauce).... Not her. I asked if there was Arby's ortartar sauce in the bag (I ordered the fish wrap). She just looked at me and said no. I was like okay, may I have some. Do notwork in customer service if you hate people. Which she apparently seems to. If I owned this location and saw my employee actinglike this... I would fire her or at least put her on probation. I got Mac n cheese for my 1 year old who is eating solids and I tasted it thought it tasted funny and I seen the expired sticker... so they r Serving old Mac n cheese! The manager was very rude and trying to lie for her staff that wanna serve old food not tomention got half the order wrong. Will never be back Read more
My family and I were returning from holiday via car, and along the way we realized that we needed the meats but did not... currently possess said meats. All of us agreed that only Arby's could be talked on to have the meats that we so desperatelyrequired. Using Google Maps we identified an Arby's, and as fate would have it we stopped at the Arby's I am leaving this reviewfor. Friendly professional service, good fresh food, super clean restaurant, serviceable bathrooms. Recommended if you, too,find yourself needing the meats. Read more
The sandwich looks like it was threw together by a 2yr old and then Shoved in a bag to get smashed and left the wrappers open..... fries are not full and had regular fries in it a tad on the soggy side. Read more
