Stopped in for lunch. The portions are kind of huge. We got an appetizer, 2 plates, a side, and had to take several boxes home!... I was pleasantly surprised that everything was delicious and filling. 8$ for a local beer was a bit high, but it was a 16 oz,not 12 pour. Read more

We recently visited Alé Rae Grill for the first time. I have patronized the food truck, but wow, she really went all out for... her restaurant. We were seated quickly and offered drinks. We let the servers know that we had a vegan in attendance. Sheimmediately rattled off all of the accommodations she could make to turn many dishes into a plant based meal. Flexibility iseverything we look for when dining out. We started with blood orange mimosas, and ordered the fried cauliflower, the pecanmaple Brussels to start, and the veggie flatbread (vegan style) and the spinach shrimp Torino for our meals. Everything was hot, fresh and mouth watering. One of the more impressive and possibly under appreciated by those who didn?t see the ins and outs ofthe building it occupies, is the remodel and country sheik interior. Job well done all around! From the service to theatmosphere to the quality of food, Alé Rae?s Grill hits the mark. Plus they are a live music venue, so if you?re in the moodto rock out, check out the calendar for shows. This place is phenomenal. For an appetizer we had the Brussels sprouts. They were sautéed in white wine with pears and... walnuts. Best I've had in town. My son had the wings and he thought they were really good. I had the pork stroganoff and itwas creamy, good taste of mushrooms served with crispy bread. My buddy had the 5 cheese Mac and cheese. He couldn't stopeating it. Basically we all left stuffed and miserable. I do have one complaint. Mixed drinks are outrageously priced. I hada long Island and it was pretty bland and just normal size. They charged me $12. Anywhere else in town they are 6.50 to 7.50and they are actually good. So go and enjoy the food, music, and atmosphere but avoid the mixed drinks. Read more

Really unique gastro pub and patio. Excellent food, live music, and some bar games. Great spot for a Saturday brunch with shaded... patio, fire pits for winter and full bar. Food is delicious and haven?t had a bad item on the menu yet. This is our 3rd timevisiting here and it?s always a good vibe. We will have to go back when they have a live band jamming. Read more
