This is the "Bianca" pizza from A Dopo. Absolute delicious! You can spend big money on chain pizza or for much less have this... amazing handcrafted sourdough delight. Fresh ingredients and amazing combination of flavors! I ordered curbside delivery. Thehostes came out and confirmed my name and pickup. She was very polite and friendly. Definitely a well packed spot but for darn good reason. Their wine selection is excellent but more importantly the food is... absolutely beyond stellar. I've been several times and love their drive to use and support local. Their salad with thevinaigrette is the perfect melt in your punch and their pizzas are extremely customizable with insane flavor. I would highlyrecommend the honey to top your pizza with as well. Maybe my all time favorite place for dinner in Knoxville? Every pizza I have ever had from here is insanely good and the special... always hits the spot. Fantastic Neapolitan pizza! We visited from out of state, and had a great time at A Dopo. The owner, Jessica, and our server,... Nichole, were great and very accommodating. The whole restaurant operated as a team, and multiple people came by to take care oflittle things throughout the night. The pizza was perfect, tasted like Italy, and the Gelato was so smooth and creamy. 10/10would come again. Read more
I read that A Dopo sourdough pizza place was ranked 48th in the United States for the best pizza. Boy they were wrong. A Dopo... should be ranked in the top 10!!! Make a reservation, they fill up fast. This is my favorite place to go eat pizza. Read more
Ordered for pickup and it was ready exactly at the minute they said it would be. Fast-forward ten minutes and I break into the... pie. I gotta say... This is one of (maybe THE) best pizzas I've ever had. The crust has crisp where you want it and soft andchewy where it should be. It has that slight salt/tang you'd expect from a sourdough and WOW. It is so good. The sauce is alittle sweet and tastes like tomato (in a good way). The cheese is high quality and has great taste, the best part is they aregenerous with it, just look at that pie! I am a pepperoni fan and this pizza has great pepperoni, the little ones always tastebetter, and I loved that they got a good crisp on em.
