If I could give zero stars, I would. All I got was a small fountain soda which costed $3.00. Absolutely ridiculous. The person... at the register didn't even attempt to say anything nor did he offer to just refund when I stated if I had known it was $3 for atiny soda I wouldn't have gotten it. Seriously, at most it's $0 30 their cost for fountain soda and what, maybe a 16oz cup atthat. Extremely awful business practice. For the mark up on a fountain soda they should be able to put higher quality food outthe door. That is not any kind of customer service or decent business practice. Read more
Food mostly good. Received a pizza with no sauce on it when they made it (a supreme lol) but they did replace it. Staff is... disorganized, don't know their own products or what deals are running and what is available. Mozzarella sticks are delicious aswell as the sweet chili chicken bites and cheesy bread! This Pizza Hut has gone severely down hill. The most recent order of pizza was gross. I took pictures of the mess that was our... order. As well as the employee who helped me was rude about a pizza being wrong. When reaching out to corporate finally gettingthe right pizza (I had already paid for it ) it was a disgusting undercooked, no sauce, barely any toppings (ordered thepepperoni lovers)mess. Although the food was fine their was a weird smell that you noticed as soon as you walked in the doors. I thought they had just... cleaned something and it would go away, but it didn't. Appears to have been coming from the women's restroom according to mywife. It just overpowered everything else, and you really didn't even smell pizza or anything like you would in a normal PizzaHut. Our waiter was a young kid and he was polite, but all he did was take our order and then we never saw him again. Withoutthe smell it would have been better. Read more
They forgot our marinara for the breadsticks. When I called them back they offered to run some back out to us. They were back to... our house with the sauce in less than 10 mins which was greatly appreciated and they gave us extra sauce as a gesture of goodfaith. The biggest thing was their great attitude about it. Not only was the manger nice and apologetic but the delivery personcame back with a big smile on her face, also apologetic. Ordered family order of breadsticks. Cold marinara 4 cups. Asked to warm them. Came back lukewarm 3 cups. Asked to warm them... again, finally got warm sauces they said we're "really hot, careful". They were just warm enough. Asked for parmesan cheese.Brought one shaker 1/3 full. Asked for more. Brought another, 1/3 full. This was for 5 people. Ordered 2 PAN pizzas and got onepan pizza, sent the other back because it was not pan. Will update with how the pizzas taste and if they ever give us enoughparmesan cheese. ???? Read more
