Ok revised review. I love the staff here, but open at 3pm sucks and because of that I tried winimac pizza King. no offense but... the food (still pizza king) its just better there and they have normal business hours. The crust is crispier, more toppings ofany thing you order, the food is just Very noticably better at winamac. I love the owners and staff in knox, but please go eatat the winimac one and see what i'm talking about. and please fix you lame hours. because I hate the 20 min drive there and 20min drive back during my lunch break but currently it's SO worth it for the better hours and the supiorior quality of the food. Always very good. When you go here, you know what it will taste like. Consistency means a lot!
When they ask you if you want a LARGE LOOK OUT... LOVE THIS PLACE. We did not know how large it was 2 of us could eat one. But... was so good we had the other half the next day reheated well. There sandwiches are so good service was great they get you in andout. Did not wait long for our order at drive thru. Will be back... Read more
Ordered 10 piece chicken dinner with the appetizers of 5 califlower 5 mushrooms and 5 onion rings was told that they were out of... mushrooms which I asked can you substitute with onion rings they said yes so I went with order they stated that it was gonna 45min as they were busy I said ok usually only about 20 mins that was 4:30 left bout 4:55 its approximately 15 to 20 min drivethere 5:15 pulled up to window gave my name she looked for order came back said they were out of onion rings told her to cancelthe appetizers. She went to back to get the rest came back to window and said it would be another 20 plus minutes cause theyhaven't even started order told them to keep the dam food. Felt like customer service was bad didnt hold back onion rings anddidn't even start order.when you have to drive at least 11 miles so it got bad review. Pretty dang good food consistently. THE best place to grab a Green River at and their fried bread sticks are to die for, and... their employees are prompt and kind. My only complaint is that their other CUSTOMERS need to remember to shut off the bathroomsink so I can go pee without being up to my ankles in water and their minimal staff doesn't have to go clean up a flood for thesecond time in a week : ) just be a little more mindful y'all, they have enough messes to clean up as it is. Terrible... We've been here 3 times, they have gotten our order wrong every time. A medium pizza, sandwich, fries and "wings"... (chicken nuggets with sauce, they don't have real wings) was $40..flimsy, soggy, plain crust with plain sauce. Our kids were outin the heat all day and hungry and STILL didn't want to eat it. They said party pizza (which are 99 cents) are better. If a kiddoesn't like your pizza, that's pretty bad. We will not be wasting anymore money or time (took us 20 minutes of sitting in lineand 10 minutes of taking our food back to get it fixed. Read more
