The experience i got was waiting about 5min to long waiting for a greeting. No one came just looked and walked passed me. I was... the only one at the door. I even went far as going towards kitchen so someone would see me. Only person in kitchen seen me waskitchen staff. Speaking in Spanish because I was looking for help. No one said anything they were not busy the wait staff lookedwalked passed said nothing. Not sure what was going on but felt uncomfortable and left. This was actually my first time going to IHOP since I was a kid, and let me just say it was amazing! Me and my boyfriend... actually went here for dinner on a Saturday night because every other restaurant in the area had a ridiculous wait time. I neverthought that a breakfast chain would have such great dinner options, but IHOP really delivered. I got the cowboy burger and myboyfriend had a breakfast plate. The food was fantastic and was out of the kitchen quickly after we ordered. Our server, Ibelieve his name was Alex, gave us great service. Even though the restaurant was understaffed, he was serving all the tableswith a smile and was super helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back! Read more

We had the best waitress in North Carolina. I gave her a ten dollar tip but when my girl friend and I got back to the car we... started talking about the great service and my girlfriend went back in and gave her another ten dollars.
