No food! No boneless wings, no French fries, no side items. Sign to seat yourself but when you do attitude from servers that you... sat down to eat. Once upon a time I ate at this BWW 3 times a week. If I could give this place a zero I would! Twice my husband and I have been there to dine in and twice we were waiting for over... 15 minutes to be welcomed. A family of fur came in 10 minutes after us and we?re served with drink two minutes after theirarrival. We were still waiting. Very sad and I am very disappointed because we love their wing and have always been respectfulto the waitresses but this really ticked me off! They weren?t even busy, but waitresses and waiters both look at us at thetable and yet no one came. I felt horrible being there. I will never go back! The number of stars represents the number of times I?ve been here and had bad experiences. I try to give everyone the benefit of... the doubt that either: you?re new, you?re busy, or you?re low on help. But when you?re just plain sorry I can?t. This was thelast straw, a friend had me pick up their food. The food got lost in the system; cool no problem they?re gonna remake it. AndMike offered me a drink while I waited. 15 minutes later the young lady came out saying: sorry we don?t have it. Trying toremain calm I question her and asked to speak to their manager because no worries you lost the food but what happened to thefood that was being remade? It?s never a time that I can have a good experience at this place. I would?ve been more reasonableif everyone was working but you have 5 workers lounging. So clearly you have enough help. This is their version of a Cobb salad. Forgot the egg and the dressing. Looks pretty sad to me. My husband ordered wings and... they were cold but tasted good otherwise. This is from the Knightdale NC location. Also our takeout order was supposed to beready at 1:30 and I didn?t walk out of there until close to 1:45.
