Was doing a trip up the North Shore and decided to stop in here. The kids loved the outdoor area was the various games and... painted animals. Inside, we bought some caramel and turtles (pecans, caramel clusters). OMG, those were so worth it. For alittle box of turtles it's like $10 which normally I wouldn't get but yeah, worth the $10. The caramel was soft and flavorful. Not like that hard stuff that feels like it pull your teeth out. Well worth the stop. Read more

It was AMAZING, they?re peanut butter bar thingys (I forgot the name of the chocolate) was FANTASTIC, I loved it so much! I... loved that you can smell the homemade chocolate being made in the back of the store and the variety of chocolates and candiesthey have there, they also got puppets and stuffed animals! I got a cute little cat and it came with a little fairytale! Andthey weren?t lying when they said they used quality ingredients, it just melted in my mouth and it was so good, I also got theirpeppermint bars and it was DELICIOUS. Definitely the BEST chocolate I?ve ever had, 10/10 I recommend going here. Read more

Cute shop, we stop every time we?re up north. The chocolate is good, not great, and the other candies aren?t homemade. But the... caramel is without a doubt the best I?ve ever had. Creamy, buttery, smooth. Not too sweet and not grainy at all. The bag ofcaramels is generously packed and anything made with the caramel is a definite must. Read more

Wow! Homemade ice cream bars on a stick worth the short drive or bike ride along the North Shore to Knife River. However, after... cruising their fresh chocolate, fudge, and other goodies in the display case you will want to move here at Knife River?s mouthon Lake Superior. Made in their kitchen here in the town of Knife River, the chocolate essence lingers in your happy place. Theservice and people behind the counter helpful and salubrious advice about how to pack away your selection for later. They havecreated a great outside area with picnic tables and chairs that overlook the river and Lake Superior in addition to the largefront porch. This is a destination for superb one of a kind chocolate; stay for the summer breeze off The Lake. Read more

Gluten free/celiac friendly! This little store is pretty cool and definitely worth the stop. I tried the individual wrapped... caramels and the creme de menthe fudge. Tasty place that tries to control entry for COVID, but tourists can be kind of jerky andnot pay attention to signage. 8 people in the store at a time currently. Read more
