I just had the most hostile experience I have had in a long time. I walked in and was greeted and told how the menu works. I... ordered two pizzas and was told it would be 15-20 minutes after ordering. I instantly told him not even 30 seconds into thepurchase I would only need one then and he tried to tell me that he could not give me a refund because the kitchen alreadystarted! I asked him to go check as it was only 1 minute since the order was placed and he went back and said the dough wastaken out. I then said can?t you just wait for the next person and the chef in the back yelled give her the money I?m busy-quite rudely. Then I waited for the refund and a woman walks to the front and says this is holding up her line and stormed out.He gave me the wrong amount and when I showed him he angrily gave the difference. Overall very angry people and hostileenvironment. I?ve heard the pizza is great but the customer service is ridiculous. It?s like I walked in at the wrong timebecause everyone was super angry. I just wanted to eat good pizza and they made me the wrong one. I asked for pepperoni andthey gave me a mushroom pizza with only one type of mushroom which means ingredients were missed. My friend and I are so glad we found this place! As soon as we walked in, a gentleman who works there greeted us and explained... the menu to us. The service was amazing and the food was better than we could ever imagined. The food tasted so fresh -- we candefinitely tell everything was handmade with great quality. We entered Sughetto?s and were greeted with friendly service and helpful recommendations. We ordered the rectangle Bionda and it... was beyond our wildest expectations. The dough was light as a cloud, airy and seasoned to perfection. We splurged on sometruffle dust and it took the pizza to another level. We paired it with their imported ice tea. Great experience at la pizza shoppe today! We tried a variety of pizza?s and they were all ???? notch. Quality ? Authenticity... ? Value ? Crust/Sauce ? Service ? Everything was very tasty! The deeper dish or Roman style pizza was not too heavy which weliked. The thin crust was my favourite but my son really enjoyed the Roman style. Mushroom with truffle was the tastiest sliceI?ve had in a while. My second favourite is the chicken with jalapeños. ????
