I am absolutely disappointed. My family eats at papa murphys alot and have always had amazing customer service there. We just... moved to kfalls and decided on papa murphys tonight. I wanted a club salad but 2 of us in our household have OAS. Oral allergysyndrome. We can not have certain uncooked, unprocessed fruits and veggies. So I asked for one with no tomato. Was informed thatthey will not make me one without tomatoes if there is one in the case. (Tonight there was none in the case so I got our salad)He informed me rudly that it is corporate that doesn't allow it. I have never had this issue before. All the rest care aboutallergies and are willing to not put you in the hospital. He had a don't care additude and kept saying it is policy. Food was good and a Very nice lady who took my order.

I ordered a half and half with light red sauce on the Hawaiian side and creamy garlic on the pepperoni side, and they did it... backwards, and there resolution is to bring my cooked pizza with 2 pieces of the pizza gone to the store to get a new one made.I don't know about you but when I sit down for dinner I would like to eat dinner at the same time not wait a half an hour forthe pizza after my salad. Great pizza, staff was quick and efficient, given I came in fairly close to closing. Tried the gourmet veggie pizza, and was... pleasantly surprised. Although they were out of creamy garlic sauce, I subbed light tomatoe sauce and it was delicious. Also gota xlny pep and sausage which was tasty as ph**k.. run fast, get pizza. Read more

When my son arrived they said I hadn't ordered a pizza. He said she ordered it & paid for it online. They looked and said Oh... there it is. This happens all the time. Then they did not give him the dessert I ordered, so he had to go back. There was hardlyany sauce on our vegie pizza. I am in my 70's and must say I have NEVER had a pizza that was this bad.
