Updated 11/10/2022 Why. Why Why. Do I keep going back. This place is extremely struggling. Waited in the drive through line for... 45 minutes. Finally got to the window and received my order, WRONG order. Drove around to walk in and waited In line for 20minutes. The workers shuffle thier feet. Mumble their talk, slide bagged orders across the counter. The entire professionalismis missing from this establishment. Updated 3/27/2022 Despite a hair on my last visit, gave this place another try.....received the wrong order. Paid for two sides of Mac and cheese and two sides of mash potatoes and gravy. Got one small Mac andcheese.. smh. This place never fails to disappoint. Why do I keep going back??? Updated 1/22/2022 Tried this place again,ordered a number 11, got home and was enjoying the macaroni chicken bowl until I found a 10 inch long black hair cooked into oneof the chicken pieces, and wrapped around some of the macaroni in the bowl.. Absolutely done with this place..... negativestars. Original posting: I moved to Klamath 8 months ago and been here 4 times. This place has NEVER gotten my order correct,not sure why I continue to drive through there. I always pick up food, get home, unpack... only to ALWAYS have the wrong meal. Read more

Disappointment, at best. The chicken was pitiful and over cooked, or maybe really old oil. The biscuits were hard and, for the... 3rd f'n time, no cookie in my meal deal. I will not be going back again. Read more
We're done here! Higher prices for way less. Chemical taste to the coleslaw. Stale bisquits. Butter is fake. Honey is... fake. Sporks galore, for two people. We are not done with just this KFC but WE ARE DONE with all KFC's. It's feels good to bedone! Read more
I haven't gone for "fast food" in quite a while but after a tough day decided to go for it. The crew at the store we went to on... 6th Street were great. The young lady we dealt with was a new trainee and they are lucky to have her. She was awesome. The foodwas as good as I remember from the last time, which was quite a while ago, but the thing that really surprised me was howexpensive everything is. I don't blame the store owner; it's part of the crazy time we are living in but to see a meal for 4cost $40.00 dollars; I guess I should eat out more often. Or not. But as far as the staff and the quality of the food, they weregreat. Couldn't ask for more. Read more
Did a mobile order - the web page said my food was ready. I went in and when I asked about my order being ready he just said... "it's gonna be a while..." I said with a confused look, "my phone says my mobile order is ready." And he responds with, "we haverun out of cooked chicken, so it's gonna be a while... about 20 minutes." Not gonna lie, they guy looked like he was in his lateteens, frustrated, and a little overwhelmed, but he was NOT friendly or in any way having good customer service skills. A ladyahead of me in line called in 30 minutes ahead and they didn't put in her order, so she had to ask her taxi driver to wait 20minutes while they finished up her food. The bathroom was also super disgusting, like a truck stop bathroom - it stank, and dirtwas on the sink and floors, and it was out of paper towels. I am sure the food will be fine - it's KFC and they usually tastethe same each time. But the service here needs a lot of help. Read more
Standard KFC. Unusually long wait time on this particular occasion in the drive through. The Spicy chicken sandwich was AWESOME.... The chicken piece in the sandwich was larger than I expected, very hot and very juicy. The spicy sauce was perfect. The friesare battered and taste good. The individual size was just a very small serving for the price. The famous bowls were good. Ihaven't been to KFC in awhile and the serving seems a little smaller with fewer chicken pieces. But it's still a tasty treat. Ihaven't tried their Mac n cheese before, but the individual size is TINY and it was not good enough to interest me in orderingagain for the price. The mac is pictured to be saucy, but mine definitely wasnt. Read more
I don't eat KFC but the rest of the household does, so anytime I'm in kfalls this is a MUST stop for a quick dinner. They're... always happy with it and it's always enough for all of them! Staff are always kind and the service is super fast! Read more
