I wish they had boxes for their hamburgers. They're smashed by the time I get home. Food is great, they have fresh hot fries and... I love their egg rolls with the sweet and sour sauce. My last visit was awesome and she gave me the sauces I've never tasted.Let me tell you they were all delicious and she was so kind and professional in the drive through. on a recent trip to lake tahoe we stopped here for lunch. ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and fries to go.Wow it was cold and... soggy as well as the fries. would have went back but already on the road. looks like it could have been good if it was likeadvertised. looks like it was made before ordered and just sat for some time. not a good experiece Read more
They have no fries or onion rings no egg rolls. No iced tea no chicken sandwiches. The hamburgers taste like salt not made... right tacos all sauce and lettuce and salty . Staff bad attitude and poor service. Worst fast food ever had! Read more
I went to Jack in the Box for an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger combo, with a curly fry and Dr. Pepper - Jumbo Jack w/Cheese - and... 4 tacos. When I finally got to the ordering speaker after a 35 minute wait in line (I have photos with time stamps as proof), Iwas told they were out of the jumbo patties they normally use for those burgers, so they'll have to substitute them with theirregular patties. When I finally got to the window 15 minutes later, I asked if I would receive any type of discount for thehour long wait in line and/or the burger substitutes, and I was told no. (I have video proof of this as well.) When I got home,I realized that they only gave me 2 out of the 4 tacos that I paid for. Then, realized there were no onions on my alreadysubstituted gross burger, and onions are usually my favorite part. The curly fries had obviously been sitting out for hours,they were stale and bland and should have been thrown away. I paid full price for substituted meals, and not even my full order,after waiting an hour for "fast food." I normally love Jack in the Box food, but this location has got to be the absolute worstlocation. Whoever the "franchise" owners are, are a bunch of jokes. The dining area has been closed since the beginning of thepandemic, but you can see through the windows, and it's absolutely disgusting! Boxes, storage, trash everywhere. One of theworkers was using the lobby as her own personal daycare for a little while there at the start of the pandemic. This place needsnew management, or needs to be shut down so a restaurant that knows what they're actually doing can come in and take over thelocation. I am so disappointed. If you are in the Klamath Falls area, and thinking about getting Jack in the Box - DON'T! You'llwaste your time and get gross, cold food served by rude people. Read more
