I'm a truck driver on this road alot usually stop here but last night was the last time for me. Lady at the bar was rude ,... short tempted and generally unpleasant. I don't stop at places to get talked down to and then pay people for bad attitude. Ihad steak dinner and left too bad for them I really wanted to stay for more but will not be treated this way. Always good home style cooking. I really like their fries they are fresh and delicious. The waitresses are friendly and make you... feel welcome. But... their coffee is always Weak with No flavor. A large group of up came this past weekend for breakfast. Foodwas good but the picture is the coffee. We asked for a new batch and for it to be stronger. New batch was a little better butnot much. Nice little restaurant on hwy 97 near California border. Food is good, service is good & has small town feel. They also have a... Bar & Oregon Lottery machines in there. I will be stopping again next time I go through area. Read more
Food was great! Service was amazing! Cinders has a real welcoming vibe to it. They are remodeling, but so far the place looks... great! I can't wait to see the final results. I had a cheese burger with tater tots, and my husband had the chicken fried steakbreakfast with a side ordered pancake. Hubby said the pancake was the best in town! As we drove back towards California we stumbled across Cinders. We made a quick stop for a Bite. We opted for the Cajun fries... and wings. Not listed on the menu but never hurts to ask? we love lemon pepper wings. Luckily they had the season so theyobliged our request and we were grateful. The fries were a huge order and the wings satisfying. They also had some slot gamesand a claw game for the kids which I must admit we tried to win a stuffed animal but no luck ???? Read more

Phenomenal service! I stopped in on a long road trip for a cup of coffee to go. Not only was the coffee hot and fresh, the... amazing server named Mercedes noticed I was a bit road weary and sat to talk to me for a bit. Just what I needed to continue myjourney.
