Customer service has been bland. Every time I have taken someone here the fries have been over salted and cold, the burgers are... heavily saturated with condiments even when you say light on whatever condiment. They are ok on some of there menu items ,however they need improvement in customer service and some of their food items. The parking is kinda of hectic because it isattached to a Love's Truck Stop, so pulling into the parking lot can be a nightmare with the semis and the other vehicles. Alsowhen leaving if you are going back into Klamath Falls, it is a bit frustrating trying to make a left turn onto Highway 97 withcrazy traffic because it is a Highway. Sometimes you will have a wait to get out of there facing due West so make sure it isnot the time of day when the sun is starting to go down or it will make it even harder to try to execute that left turn toleave. I ordered a cheeseburger and a coke the coke machine was just spitting syrup which I understand so okay I will take a rootbeer I... get halfway home take a drink of the rootbeer it's sooo flat YUCK!!!! Then the cheeseburger overflowing with sauce just sloppedon and half the bottom bun is hard as a rock. This is why I rarely eat out anymore just terrible customer service and i trulyunderstand no one wants to work anymore and it shows in almost every where you go now day's. Read more
Decided to try out for the first time since it is way across town. Checked hours to see it was a 24 hour operation. Drove out... after the fair ended yesterday at 10pm. Pulled up to order at drive thru and was told they were not accepting any moreorders....well guess I won't make that trek again. The food was excellent! The staff was great, even though they were slammed, they were getting orders out in a timely manner and... making sure everyone had the sauces they needed. I?m a truck driver wanted to enjoy a nice hot meal decided to try it out since it recently opened up. Ordered a super star no... veggies. Large fry and drink. Burger has all the veggies patties were as cold as the Sauce on the burger. Large fry was halffull and cold. I asked for everything fresh, this Thanksgiving night. And this is the first, and only carls jr location, that I have ever seen,... have the service of the customer first, and to actually, follow through. I watched the team communicate through the orders, likethey were on hells kitchen or something. They had other drive thru orders, they had to manage. But I watched as they wereprecise, and conscious about my particular order. As I asked for everything fresh and hot. And that is what I got.. I'm atrucker, and have been to many restaurants across this country, and I have never seen this type of communication and care, in afast food kitchen. Most Locations for carls jr, usually never honor your request for fresh. This one did.
