Smelled like fresh waffle cones when we walked in! The employee worked great with an awkward customer before we made our order.... Our treats were great. The freezer was stocked well. Only reason I didn't give a 5-star review is that the facility is a littleworn down in a few spots and could have been a little cleaner. I think it's mainly because this shop has been hereforever. I went to Baskin Robbins tonight to get a brownie sundae banana Royale and a scoop of ice cream for my daughter I was told by... the employees that they could not do the banana Royale and the brownie sundae because they were running out of cups not out ofcups but running out of cups I asked to speak to the manager because I found it funny that there were actually cups available touse But not for what ice cream Or item I wanted to purchase while waiting to speak with the manager another customer came inordered two scoops of ice cream and they gave her the same cup for her two scoops that they said I couldn?t use for either oneof the desserts I wanted to purchase it is mine boggling to me after waiting 20 minutes the manager Renee still did not come outThen plays at the counter very nice and pleasant but I do not understand the managements decision to tell some customers you canhave this and be selective of which customers can buy what item I will never be back to your Baskin Robbins whatsoeverunbelievable Read more
