Do yourself a favor and fly right by this place. Some of the worst food I have eaten. I have had better macaroni and cheese from... a box. $17 for a cheeseburger with no fries. The burger was not good. We ordered a beer and a mixed drink. Our food wasdelivered before drinks. Shouldn?t take 25 minutes to get a drink. My wife heard great things about this place. The service was fast and the food and drinks were delicious. We shared fish tacos... and meatball grilled cheese. My son got a pizza. Your need to try this place and make sure you get bread at their store nextdoor. Read more
They have lots of good parking on their property. We were told that it would be a 20 minute wait, but it was more like 10... minutes. Friendly and attentive staff. They have wood fire gourmet pizza and delicious craft beer. I ordered the mushroom pizzawith extra red sauce and anchovies. They charged me $5 for the anchovies and $2.50 for a half cup of extra red sauce. So thepizza cost me $24+$5+2.50. No pizza is worth $32. I'm not complaining just letting you know. Read more
Always a great experience when visiting When Pigs Fly Pizzeria. The new outdoor seating is beautiful and there beer and spirit... offerings are top notch. The Date and Sopressata pizza is an all time favorite. WPF is a must visit when in the area. Read more
Pictures are two separate occasions over this last weekend. First, their tenders are absolutely amazing. I know, I know.... Tenders, how special can they be? Well theirs are absolutely delicious, even for adults. The second thing we got was their Gyrowhich was on special. It was so ridiculously good! Definitely would have that again. Second trip we shared their Chicken BaconRanch Buffalo pizza, and the Ruben with a cup of Squash Bisque. The pizza was phenomenal, they don't skimp out on any of thetoppings. The bisque was fresh and hit the spot. The Ruben was as good a Ruben as I've ever had. All was washed down with theirfreshly made lemonade and an Arnold Palmer. I would highly recommend either. This place has become a favorite spot to stop onthe way to and from Moosehead Lake. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend!! Read more
