Unfortunately these guys were not on top of it today 08/21/20 They don't wear masks. I did not see any hand washing going from... handling money to prepping food. It took way to long to get some burgers and a lobster roll. Never got the fries we ordered withthe lobster roll. No sodas available. Speaker system was not working so you did not know your number was called. When the windowattendant told me he called my number a couple of times, I informed him the speaker was not working he gave me attitude. Thefood was Ok. Very poor customer service. Read more

Wanted lobster rolls for a friend and had to travel 5 hrs home. Holly went above and beyond, packaging lobster, rolls, butter,... mayo separately and giving us ice for our small cooler. We also ate here twice in two days. Food was fresh and delicious. Ifyou're visiting the trading post, this is the place to eat. We'll be back. Thank you! Read more

Took 45 minutes to get 2 lobster rolls and a fry. People were waiting even longer than that. 1 order per 5 to 10 minutes came... out. It wasn't even all that busy. Read more

We got lobster from the fresh lobster table behind the actual ordering window. $38 for a pound of fresh prepared lobster (on... sale)and she threw in some lemon and butter. She was super nice friendly, personable and knowledgeable! Did you know lobsterspee out of their face? Was the best lobster we ever had! Omg I am craving more already! We ate it straight from the container, cold dipped in butter or lemon or just plain either cold or warmed up was absolutely delicious! We?ve only gotten lobsternovelties before, lobster Mac and cheese or lobster tail from a chain steakhouse. So this was a real treat. She even gave ussome tips on local camping areas. Awesome interaction we really appreciated the hospitality!!! In hindsight I wish we hadgiven her a fat tip Read more

Absolutely disgusting. Very poor quality food, $19 for a lobster roll that has hardly any lobster in it, burger was obviously a... frozen patty and tiny -- and worst of all, onion rings were still soggy. Way undercooked and dripping with grease. Bite intothem and they're not even crispy! On top of it all, workers were smoking in a no smoking area and It was unfortunate because Ihave a 6-month-old who is getting subjected to cigarette smoke and we had to keep moving around. Will not go back Read more

This was an overpriced food establishment. The warm lobster roll was just ok... the lobster meat didn't taste terribly... fresh. The fresh squeezed lemonade just tasted like they made countrytime powder lemonade and tossed part of a fresh lemon in itto make it look homemade... So not worth the high price for "fresh squeezed" lemonade. The thing this place has going for it isthe convenience factor that it is right next to the Kittery Trading Post. Read more

The lobster rolls were okay tasting, but definitely not worth $18.95! And the lobster roll didn't even come w/ fries, they were... an additional $1.99. The service was awful. There was no ketchup and we informed them of that, it took them so long to refillit-our fries were cold and gross by the time they did. We won't eat there again. Read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Where do I start? No organization of lines for waiting on food and orderering food. Wasn't warned... about the ridiculously long wait for subpar food. Waited 28 minutes on food that was cold. Some people waited longer for less(like a single scoop of ice cream). The pulled pork sandwich barely tasted like pork. And while sitting and barely keeping downthe overpriced food, a lady threw her order into the window and shouted, "show this to your manager!" and stormed away. I canonly how imagine they screwed up her order. Would never eat here again. Read more
