This place has a nice atmosphere and good selection of beer and drinks. The staff is super friendly and the place is always... clean. The food.... well.... it's OK. Nothing special to write home about. It's standard OK food. On the plus side theydo/did have 3$ Margarita Thursdays. Read more
Overall we had a great experience here for the first time. We stopped by for lunch and the dining area was empty and some folks... came in after we sat down. There was a lot of seating in their back section and the sign out front said to seat yourself. Weordered the fried chicken sandwich (Nashville hot sauce) with a side of fries and a burger. My wife and I were recently told about this place from her family and while we were visiting family in Karns City from Florida,... we decided to try out The Craft House Gastropub. We really enjoyed the food and experience. The waitress was attentive andstayed on top of our orders and refills. Although the drink prices are a little pricey, it is still worth it. This is a place we frequent due to it being close and the food normally being good. However, it has gone down hill immensely in... recent months. Our last 2 visits were awful. The first we waited for over 2 hours from start to finish for easy food (salad,pasta, flat bread). Luckily, the waitress was friendly and kept the drinks filled. Our most recent experience was Saturday(7/16). It took over 10 minutes to be seated, then once we were seated we waited for nearly 30 minutes and never saw a waitress.Not even for drinks. When I asked if we were going to see a waitress any time soon, the table beside us told us they waited overan hour for their salads and they came with no dressing. We decided it wasn't worth waiting any longer and left. I understandthat they are understaffed, everyone is, but I haven't had this problem at any of the other local restaurants. It's not just anunderstaffing issue, it's a training issue as well. They keep the bar patrons happy but don't really care about the peopledining in. Read more

This place used to be amazing, used to. Around 6 months ago things were perfect, great food at decent prices now not so much.... Around 3 months give or take a few they changed their menus to increase the price, I didn't like it obviously but that wasunderstandable inflation is crazy right now and the owners gotta eat. I'd be fine if it was just a price increase but it's notthat anymore. They also decreased the quality of their food by quite a bit. Is the food bad of course not but is it 16 dollarsfor a plain burger good definitely not. The burgers here used to be the best burgers that I could get locally, now they're noteven in the top 10. The steak looked kinda pathetic, the fries weren't as good and they burnt my burger a bit. That's not allthough they also ruined the atmosphere a bit, they used to serve most of the items on the menu on a wooden cutting board. Thatis no longer the case, maybe I'm just being picky but the wooden cutting board as a plate was a great part of the gimmick andits not the same without it. Same with the little buckets that they'd serve fries in. Read more
