Tonight, I got a hoagie. My first one in years. I got it home, unwrapped it and couldn't wait to enjoy some nostalgia. The... problem? There's half as much meat as their used to be. Even the cheap bologna is paper thin, I could see the shadow of myfinger through it. And there is no flavor. Hardly any oil. What a disappointment. I can't believe people still rave aboutthese. Kittanning is a depressing place anymore, a place I rarely venture to, now I have one less reason to go there. Read more

Large fries are pretty small. Girl working needs to listen better to what is ordered. Now I know why no one is ever there.
Prices are a little high. I literally live in walking distance to the Kittanning location. I always get lg hot cheese balls but... $6.49 for one order is a little steep. I get that stuff is going up like every where but you barely get a lot of cheese balls tomake it a large. There are time many where my lg order looks like a small. But I do agree with others that the staff at theKittanning location are a little rude when making a phone order and sometimes when in the building. No problem at all with the food. However,I don't get to try it as much as I would like to. Because no ever,and I do mean... ,never,ever answer the phone. I've tried calling them at least a dozen times in the past two years or so. Never once got ananswer. In fact. Not bad for price, First time to try them I got a hot ham & Provolone with grilled onions, lettuce, Tomato & mayo Only down fall... the drinks offered are coke products and I am a huge pepsi fan :) If in the area again I will try them again. Read more
Have some spoiled children working there. I was curious if they had soup had my fiancé call me when she was there so she could... let me know if they had soup. They refused to talk to her because she was on the phone.. they said it was rude to them. YOU DONOT HAVE A MENU ONLINE I CANNOT LOOK ONLINE. I will NEVER order food from this place again.
