Took almost 2 hours to get our food. 15-20 minutes to get a beer. No water provided, which is standard at any restaurant... including 3rd world countries. Served messy appetizer with no napkins or utensils. Agressive panhandler level tip expectationsfor terrible service. Gave waitress $150 for slightly over $100 bill. She asked me if I required change. Me and some coworkers went here for dinner recently. Was my first time at a mr. mike's in years, i don't even think we have them... in Edmonton. I had a bacon cheese burger with garlic fries. The fries were nice however super garlicy, we are talking verystrong taste and after taste, so not date food. The burgers are all served on a french bread like loaf? Personally i found thebread tasty though i feel it didn't make my burger better and the shape of it was an issue, toppings falling out everywhere. Excellent service. The server and manager wanted to help out, even offered to buy me a beer because I mentioned the lousy food.... Steaks are terrible and the price is a joke (not funny though) Very expensive. Ordered medium rare got medium. Little to noseasoning. The steak is tiny. Got me once, won't be back. Read more
