We love Wendy's hamburgers and frequent this location as it is close to home. We were disappointed when we dined in the... restaurant this week. It was not busy yet our burgers were barely warm when we received them. This is the 2nd time this hashappened at this location so that is why I am giving a 2 star rating. The other thing the restaurant needs to improve upon isthe cleanliness of the women's washroom. We will give this location another try - hoping they will have improved in both areas. Read more
Purchased 2 single burger combos. Not only did it take long for the food to be ready. The cashier/manager was touching my fries... with her bare hands. My fries fell over and right in front of me she began to pick them up one by one and tossing them in thebag WITH HER BARE HANDS. I realized that no hand washing was happening and everyone was touching the food with their bare handsand touching other surfaces and items with no hand washing in between. Not only that the burgers were literally soggy. The bunswere soft and mushy like they were previously wet. There were large crusty crumbs from a potato or French fry stuck inside thesoft mushy burger buns. Everyone had their long hair out and all over the place. I?m pretty sure for sanitary reasons long hairshould be tied up and covered with a hair net. I felt like all my food was contaminated in some way, it looked gross, I wasafraid there was hair in my food. The best part of the meal was the drink because they didn?t touch it. Orderd from uber eats, delivery driver was quick and dropped the food within 5 to 10 minutes, both burgers were ice cold, tomato... on burger was frozen, cheese looked like it was just slapped on. Read more
Oven for baked potatoes is broken, apparently has been for some time and they don't know when it will be fixed. I went there... really for a potato as Wendy's fries are usually terrible unless they are just made. I ate in. Took a long time for my food(just a bacon deluxe combo). Bacon was so hard o was worried about breaking a tooth. There was only one other person sittingdown, then he left and it was just myself but the employees were yelling back and forth between themselves and a Skip driver soloud it was deafening! Really distracting sitting listening to people yell to each other in a foreign language, or any languagefor that matter. There really shouldn't be loud yelling like that. Read more
Only decided to write because this Wendy's has messed up my orders so many times! This time I tried breakfast, ordered 3 bacon... and egg croissant meals..got one combo no potatoes and all 3 no bacon! So frustrating at a drive thru! Read more
2nd time I have ordered via uber eats today for my order and both time my food was the wrong item and the "replacement" which i... did not agree to, was extremely unappetizing. If only the restaurant called me then I wouldn't have had to waste the food orthrow up at the taste of this!. *picture of the replacement, I ordered a baked potato with cheese I recieved whatever this is...the least they could have done was call me for my preference of a replacement now I'm fighting with uber for my money back forboth orders! All of these negative reviews are baffling! I?ve pretty much never had a bad experience at this Wendy?s. The cashiers are... friendly enough, what do you want? A full blown conversation? Then its not fast food. The food at this location is made well andIve found the service to be very very quick, especially in comparison to McDonalds or A&W. Good job keep it up :) Read more
