Several Tim?s cups sitting on the ledge, the handicapped Buttons both interior and exterior didn?t work, lines are always to the... door and frequently outside, tables were all dirty, and I asked the cashier 4 times for a $40 Tim?s gift card but they keptadding hockey cards, and how come you can never find a maple dipped donut these days? Overall I feel the layout was designedcompletely wrong, and that they didn?t anticipate the long lines when building. The entire experience was terrible, and that?swith the expectation of visiting a fast food place. Read more

Although I appreciate that this store is usually pretty busy, I ordered a turkey melt and the worker in the food station was not... busy. My sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. There was also no sauce on the sandwich making it dry and upsetting toeat. My pumpkin spice latte was half full. Very disappointing experience. Read more

Been here multiple times and I'm guessing due to high staff turnover things are taking a dive. Tried to use our reusable Tim's... cups and the staff member taking our order sassed and berated us that they "don't do that". The manager came over and told us totell her that, in fact, yes they do accept reusable Tim's cups. Ordering ahead of time actually makes you wait longer, from ourexperience at least. Read more

This location takes their time, to correctly get you your order most of the time. I like the slow and steady pace that the team... members make your order at, it ensures that some care is taken. They also are always usually smiling. Read more

Every time you come here with out fail, the tea is never ready. If you get sugar in your drink there will be none. The sugar... dispenser doesn?t work and it doesn?t matter how many times you tell an employee it will never get fixed. The line will be outthe door but only 1 of 4 employees will be taking and fulfilling orders while the others clean or chat with friends that comeinto the store. They refuse the homeless community water and there is no washrooms available. Read more

????Review from a Person who?s worked at Tim Hortons, I am happy for the fact they made it to Kitchener Downtown. But it is sad... to acknowledge that the people working here are extremely lazy and delay work in a quick service restaurant. They don?t care toserve customers well let alone the speed which is Terrible. Until today any I?ve had no complaints because they got things Iordered right, but today they took it to another level and messed with the food I ordered. The veggie bowl, they didn?t gave itcorrect the 1st time (prepared by a manager, wearing shirt). The second time again prepared by another manager rice not cookedproperly, made with inappropriate quantities. Unhappy about the experience I had. If I were at this location I?d fire at least4 people or give them proper training or ultimatums. I wish I had pictures of the bowls they made before. 2 stars because therea few people who are extremely nice. I?ll mention name when I know them. Read more

Finally Tim has made its way to DTK!! ???? I am very happy that this location is finally open since I have been waiting for the... renos to complete. Definitely there are some teething issues such as the staff being less or not trained properly. Long line upis another major concern. The seating capacity is not very high but it's DTK so not expecting much either. As for thelocation, liked the ambiance they have done a lot to ensure it's a downtown location. The quality of the drink is good... I gota white hot chocolate, muffin and bagel. Everything was up to Tim's standards, so no complaints. There is a roadside parkingwhich allows you to park for 15 mins so it's good for a take out. Be careful if there is a line up. There are 2 doors but theyonly use 1 not sure why... If they allow to use the other door it might help. They have handicapped accessible entrance whichis definitely commendable. It looks like they have a washroom but the way to that was blocked and marked as employees only soprobably no washroom for guests. Hoping to see improvement as I go here more regularly! Read more
