How this location is still open is a shocker to me. The worst Tim's in kitchener and everywhere I've visited no doubt, getting... your order right here is a once in a lifetime thing. You're always left disappointed. I really wish the road closures end so Inever have to go here again. It's either your muffin not toasted, tea no sugar, tea with no actual tea bag in it, I could goon and on. This has to be a franchise cos ain't no way. Read more

Surprised by the awful reviews! I had a great experience today! Wasn?t busy and as I asked to have a bagel BELT without bacon,... the lady saw I wore wear hijab and asked her employee to change gloves because of the bacon she was handling before. The ladymaking the bagel for me even asked if I could wait a little longer for fresh eggs as she didn?t like how the current oneslooked! Much appreciated and honestly best service I have ever had! Obviously a new staff was being trained so service was a bit slower. Often the tables need wiped. Washrooms were clean.
Quality has gone down hill lately. Ice Cap machine isn't cleaned as often as it used to be so ice caps have a bitter taste. ... Buns for Roast Beef Craveables have been stale and hard last few times I've ordered them, ordered a Honey Cruller and it wasstale. It's a shame, watching another store go down the drain. Read more

It was huge back up today(6Nov), i ordered coffee, tea, Croissant and Four cheese bagel. The lady on the window told everyone... that there is 2 bagel instead of croissant and bagel but some other old lady yelled on her ?I know what she packed in the bag.Dont hold the cars?? and furiously took the bag from her hand, pushed her away and gave the bag to me. I am not mad aboutgetting 2 bagels but she was so rude to her co-worker that she didn?t even check and yelled on her. Giving ONE star to thatrude, egoistic lady!!!! NEVER USE TIMS HORTON APP FOR DELIVERY ESPECIALLY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY TO THE FACT THEIR DRIVER...
