I will like to know. With who i have to speak to place a formal complaint for verbal abuse from the manager in this place... against my person. I asked the manager to do this yesterday but I guess they didn't clue Into them. The iced capp machine at this location is down... so frequently that my coworkers and I questioned whether we should even bother waiting our 15 minutes in line to find out at thecash that the machine is down when a simple note on the door saying sorry! iced capp machine is down with suffice. There havebeen too many times for my coworkers and I have wasted our entire brakes waiting in line just to find out that the item you'relooking for is not available. Read more
I had an amazing experience at thus Tim's! Clean coffee shop with very friendly staff. Service was quick and accurate. Bonus was... an employee using sign language to communicate with a Def customer. He took his time to serve this customer with such grace andunderstanding. Definitely something you don't see everyday! Great job to you Mr. Tim's employee! Read more
