Worst Tim Hortons. Today I ordered, decaf coffee with 1 cream and it was cold after standing online more than 10 minutes . I... notified the server who gladly gave me another one but it was no better, same cold for my liking .This happens every time, Icome here. Not sure if it's the 1 cream that causes this or what but next time I'll try it black and see the difference. Serviceis very slow if you go in, instead of drive through. Haven't been there for years very decor is nice with some chairs patted & found electric outlet for cell that I needed... charging. Staff watched for people that create problems remaining cordial in this area. I was very surprised I no longer haveto say fill coffee to top as they do it automatically and one of my friends had BLT in a wrap found it superb. Read more
I ordered an iced coffee made with milk and it was made with cream. When I questioned it I was told it was made with milk. There... is a clear color difference between these when made with cream vs milk. I asked to have it remade and they refused. This is anissue I have with every Tim Hortons in regards to iced coffee. Either they make it with milk, but leave the sugar out or theymake it with cream and argue that it's correct. If I could give Tim's (in general) a zero star rating I would. Read more
I haven't had great luck with the service at this location. Tonight I walked out after waiting for over 5 minutes while the... staff ignored the entire line up inside. Seems the staff has been instructed to prioritize the drive-through customers over thein-store ones. So if you come here, stick to the drive-through or be prepared to wait awhile. Read more

This location!! Wow. Ordered apple fritter with the coffee, it was the freshest doughnut I?ve ever had from Tim?s, or anywhere... for that matter. It was fantastic. I think they changed their recipe, for the better I might add. Great service, excellentproduct. I was impressed and pleased. Read more
The "outstanding Timmies" at Bird on St in Kitchener was so poor they do not deserve even one star. This morning while waiting... for the bus and decided to order from there. I asked for a small tea, donut, and 3 muffins totaling $8.95. It seems as therewere not arrows or verbal words I stood on the wrong side waiting for my order. When in the correct side I kept waiting as onthe counter was only 1 muffin and donut there. Another lady was yelling as every time she goes on her order is never correcteither. The employees could care less and ordered her to leave. I myself could wait no longer for my order and had to leavewithout the rest. When I complained the lady claimed I never even ordered a tea but yet I got a whole 5 bonus points for notgetting my tea. That location is full of incompetent people will equipped to do their jobs.
