I arrived and walked in only to be told they closed 2 hours previous and despite the fact that they've had a line up in... drive-through and are serving them. I myself cannot b served because I'm not wasting gas in the drive-through. So I'm forced totake yet another star off this place. Soon I won't have one star left. Hate going to this place. Always so much traffic trying to get in because the there are so many cards lined up for drive thru.... It always spills out onto the road and blocks other card just trying to get past. It's faster to just park and enter the storethan to wait in you card Read more
Consistent quality, but the drive-thru gets bogged down constantly - Usually I expect a 10-20 minute wait through the... drive-thru. Going inside helps if you just want a coffee but if you want any food it's going to take much longer as well, whichmakes it difficult to stop by before work. Tim Hortons coffee in general has had lower quality over the years. Considering thatit's their main selling point, that's a big minus. French vanilla cold brew, roasted hazelnut cold brew, donuts and farmerswraps are my main go-to's. Their cold brew is quite good and the main reason why I stop by still. Read more
I came in for a "loaded bowl" I asked kindly if I could have more lettuce as a substitute to the rice (I have an allergy to... grains) I paid over 10 bucks for a tiny salad because they would not put a little more lettuce in the bowl. It's lettuce...itscheap. On top of that I saw the lady grab a scoop of what looked like rice so I reminded her that I would not like the rice andshe raised her voice at me in front of other customers telling me its chicken not rice. I said "okay, that's fine, it justlooked like rice." To which the other lady who took my order started yelling at me as well and telling me that she told heralready to not put the rice in, again in front of customers. I was very kind and was simply reminding her because I thought shehad what looked like rice in the scoop. I don't appreciate that kind of service, I also don't appreciate having death starescoming from another lady running the drive thru, not at all professional! For one I should have received extra lettuce tosubstitute the rice with no issues. Second I should not have gotten yelled at in a restaurant where I am purchasing a product. Ihave contacted Tim Hortons and let them know of my experience here and I first received an email saying I'd receive a refund. Ihave emailed them back for 2 months now asking for a solution and I have received nothing other than they have forwarded it ontothe franchise owner. Ridiculously bad customer service!! Read more
The worst customer service experience ever. The manager/shift in charge Melissa has a lot of attitude while taking order and not... enough attention span to properly take the order. Made a mistake taking the order and we had to wait over 30 minutes just to getour issue fixed. Manager in charge did not even come to talk when asked to after this mishap. Never been this much disgusted ofcustomer service experience from any Tims in Canada before. To make things worse when we sat down to eat sandwiches andbeverages we had flies all around us. Read more
I visit this Tim Hortons frequently and have always had a positive experience in the drive-thru. The line is seldom long, the... staff are friendly and efficient, and the layout of the parking lot is convenient. There are two entrances which make getting inand out of this location at peak times of day much easier than other Tim Hortons restaurants around the city. Read more
Ordered a chicken Bacon ranch wrap, get no bacon! Not the first time a problem like this has happened either. Do better... timmies???? Read more
I guess the best part about here is that it's open all night and you can't complain about your mid night coffee when you need... them. But one request is to look into your coffee brewing machines as the coffees are not coming out much tasty and loosing thatTim Hortons essence. May be do a comparison with Tims at Lancaster St W and Riverbend Dr. Read more
