My bf ordered 2 egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches which weren't even toasted......look like they came out of the oven and were... just warm..the girl at the window in drive through said don't worry we are very fast , you'll have your order in a second whichis exactly what happened. Very terrible service, considering your only worried about drive thru times and not your customerservices. This girl was very rude on how she approached every aspect of the start to finish sale. They?ve had defective lids for weeks and did nothing about it. When the server was handing my boyfriend his ice capp, the lid... detached from the cup and the whole drink split all over him and his car. We spent over 2 hours scrubbing his car. I also had a bad experience this morning with the extremely rushy and rude lady working the drive thru! Not the first time I... went there in the morning for her to throw my breakfast at me while I?m trying to use the debit machine to pay. This morning shewas very hurriedly passing food at me while I was still paying saying ?here, take this, thank you?. Then she rushed over to thebagel station and hurried the girl that was making it, came back to window, and said ?here you go, here you go? very rushy andrude. The lady working the drive thru in the mornings needs to seriously tone it down. I have never had such a rude experience,... telling me to "use both hands" as im putting my debit card into my wallet while she throws me a handfull of paper towels, whichcompletely missed my window and fell down onto the ground. Unbelievable. Reading all the other reviews im not the only customeranoyyed by this rude and arrogant lady. Id give this location 0 stars because of the experiences I've had with that lady. Read more
Ordered coffee and everything bagel. They rushed my order. They give coffee without sugar. The bagels are not toasted looks like... dipped in the butter. I wouldn't order again from this place. Worst place. Read more
I ordered 2 cilantro lime crispy chicken bowls and I did not get any chicken, I ordered 3 donuts and only got 2, order took... forever. Called the restaurant and instead of an apology got attitude from the person answering the phone, was told I?ll get 2free bowls next time but person barely took my name and hung up on me. Read more
Actually, I'm here to say thanks to the drive thru lady. She rushes everyone, yes I get it but it takes 5 mins in the line vs 15... at other Tims. It's 8 am, I don't need every customer to play out their life story to a Tim's drive thru employee. She's makingsure no one is being held up. No one has ever thrown napkins or straws at me and I've been coming to this location for at least8 years. Have your payment ready, get your stuff, wish her a nice day and get on with your life.
