The manager and her staff need replacement. They don't know what customer service is. I tried to contact the owner but no... surprise they didn't reach out to me. They refused to serve me because I asked them to remake my coffee as it was wrong. Definitely the worst Tim's in Canada. Never gets the order right, to a laughable bad. Like ask for a baggle belt and get a sub... bad. Have to repeat the simplest orders, like just a regular coffee many times and they still get it wrong. You will be betteroff going to any other nearby Tim's. Read more
Very poor customer service, rude, and pushy. There's only one woman there who is fabulous, but I don't see her that... often. Always get my order wrong, I have to repeat everything twice or more, and today, they were out of Sweetner, the other dayit was grilled cheese, and then no chicken. Not acceptable. Read more
As a regular customer I think what they just did to me whoever is in the drive-thru it's a very rude person and poor customer... service. As people say the customer it's always right, instead she gave me attitude and says " I'll give you a refund " and tookthe two ice cups. As a business owner I would never offer a customer a refund unless you can't fix the problem. Address customerbetter. I will probably no go back to get my usual anymore. Read more
Negative 5 stars! Worst of all Tims I've ever been to. I usually don't write negative reviews because I don't want to ruin... people's day. But this keeps happening again and again and it's not just me that's facing the problem. Everytime I ordersomething from here either it has something missing or I get a different item altogether! The staff isn't aware of half of themenu items, I had to tell more than three times to make them understand what I want. This wasn't my first time. But I'm alrightrepeating my order. What I cannot stand is the attitude of some of the staff even though they don't know how to make the orderproperly. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. Read more
I am absolutely upset by this place and not only their poor customer service, but also the food! I just ordered a crispy chicken... wrap and the wrap only had lettuce in the top half, two tiny tiny TINY pieces of chicken, and the entire wrap was in the bottomof the container. These employees need to be trained that customer service should be done properly, and that quick isn't alwaysbetter. Read more
