Worst tim hortons we have ever visited. To start with, entire staff was working just for the sake of being there. We spent 25$... for our order. Part of order was veggie wrap(FOR A PERSON WHO IS STRICTLY VEGETARIAN) and chicken wrap. Chicken wrap was labeledas veggie wrap. It doesn?t end there. Chicken was specifically only chicken and it had bacon in it. Chicken was extremely dry.These things are of utmost importance when you work in food industry and you can?t be ignorant of this level. Staff was notapologetic at all and offered to make a new wrap, how can you change the chicken that was consumed by the person who isvegetarian by making a new wrap? Are the franchise owners even aware how the location is running ? Based on all reviews thislocation definitely needs to be shut. Read more
I asked twice to give me fresh steep tea but it was not and even tasted different then I get from other branch.
If you want to get your breakfast messed up daily or drink dish water style coffee then go here. They just say sorry it's... trainees like it's the excuse or that is my problem being a paying customer. If they can't get the grip on making coffee, thenmaybe better to quit and go stack shelves at Walmart. Used to be a great Tims, what a shame. Read more
This location is dirty, who know the last time the washroom were cleaned. Plus they got my order wrong twice!
Unfortunately dissatisfied with a quick sandwich. Bought a "roast beef and cheese" sandwich, approx $6. This should be a lettuce... sandwich with roast beef. For what it is, one slice of meat makes this pathetic at best. Comparable to other fast food locationsyou really are not coming to the table for competition. Read more
Friendly staff. Nice clean dine in area. Got everything correct. Clean washrooms. Good start to the day!

Me and my husband were waiting for since 5 minutes but staff does not care about customer. Just ignoring and we had to come back... without anything. Read more
