I go here on a reg basis an this store charges me 30 cents for a cup of ice water during summer heat tap water no less all... started charging a dime for the cup an tho it's still a tidy profit for Tim's there I'm ok payin a dime if jus asking for waterbut if a customer orders a dime for the cup of water max 30 cents for tap water feels like Tim hortons slapped me in the faceas a customer of 25 years also at times a slow location but the water is low if a person's broke homeless etc here tap water anda ice cube is nice and appreciated so customers have a at ease attitude but way it's becoming theyl soon charge you to breaththe stale fly filled air while you wait to order Read more
Flies and bugs flying around everywhere landing on food and drinks. Terrible cutomer service, they took 15 minutes to make one... iced cap when i ordered 3. Then had to remind them of my order twice and still made it wrong. Read more
Nothing wrong with food. Bad service though. I went here on a Sunday morning around 745. I placed my order without issue and... When I got to the window I was asked how I?d like to pay. I told her I?d use a gift card. As I was finding my phone app sheasked again. I repeated myself and held out the card. She grabbed the card and swiped it. And starting to hand things through mycar window. Very pushy, not polite at all. No customer service. I have noticed this at many drive through windows in the past 5years. The drive-thru window lady that is there in the mornings on Monday-Friday is super rude. Never says a simple hello or have a... great day. Always argues that you said the order wrong and not their team. I honestly will be going to a different Tim?s or eventhe Starbucks just to get some good customer service. Read more
This is our daily Tim Hortons go to location. Tonight when we went there was a guy working drive thru I was the passenger in the... front seat and I could smell his B.O smell all through our car. I do realize people have different cultural traditions butworking in the food industry that should not be tolerated. It made me nauseous.
