Where to begin. Service was sooo slow. There was a lot of employees, all over the place. Managers were doing nothing just... standing around talking. Had to go back up a few times due to errors in our order. Hot drinks were cold.. barely any creamcheese on bagels sandwiches were all over and falling apart.. floors were sticky. Horrible customer service, staff weren'tspeaking English ,including manager and ignoring customers.. not a good experience at all Visited November 27th around noon. Read more
I always come to this tims usually in the morning around 9am. They hired a bunch of new people that are slow as rocks and very... unintelligent when it comes to ordering and I say that in the nicest way possible. At first he was new so I could understand.However after a month he was still fumbling around asking questions every time he made an order and was very slow. I orderedfood and had to wait 20 min! When I asked they said ? we have a lot of orders so are a bit backed up? thing is they were tocaught up serving the drive through. I saw 5 people order the same thing as me and you headed them their order but when it cameto my order you said you ran out and had to cook more. I worked at a tims before during lunch rush and I never seen a servicethis slow. Absolutely ridiculous Read more

This location generally is busy, especially in the drive thru. But if you're lucky to not be stuck in a line, the staff... typically move quickly. Read more

This Tim Hortons never gets our order right, they run out of iced coffee and cold brews all the time and just now I had a Boston... Cream donut without any cream in it ???? it?s been very frustrating. Read more

0 stars. Purchased 2 iced coffees and 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese. The simplest order. Not only after waiting 25 minutes... in the drive thru (which was unreasonable given that one one was inside and that only 2 cars were ahead of me), they made thecoffee with no sweetner, burnt the bagels, and added no cream cheese. Further, THE OTHER BAGEL HAD A WHOLE INSECT BURNT INTO IT.Tim Hortons as a brand is not it anymore, but this location specifically shouldn?t exist. Read more

This Tim Hortons is conveniently located and the drive-thru layout is better than some less thoughtful designs nearby. However,... I was shocked how long it took to get through the lineup at what I thought shouldn't be a busy time of day. There were not anexcessive amount of cars in the drive-thru, but the length of time it took staff to take orders, take payment, and serve eachcustomer their food was unacceptable. I was also surprised that some common items available at other Tim Hortons locations werenot available here. This isn't a big deal, but it does lead me to think of this location as inferior when compared to the TimHortons less than one kilometre down the street. I would encourage others to avoid this establishment unless not under any timeconstraints. Considering this is a fast food restaurant, I suspect most guests will not be pleased with wait times. Limited in parking, I recall there was six parking spots and one of them is for handicap. Restroom doors are unique and... fashioned after their patented Tim red. In store service is friendly and quick. Read more
