Very rude, incompetent and flat out deceiving. They said they no longer offer the 3 subs for $24 in all of Kitchener after 4... meanwhile all other subways in the area do. Do yourself a favour and go to another location. This location is just flat outgreedy and I?ve reported them to corporate. All 3 employees preparing the food were also very rude and trying to just get youout of the store. Read more
Worst experience with the staff's rude behavior. At first I was overbilled for 3 cookies where in I actually ordered one... cookie. Luckily I got to know when I had a look at the receipt and when asked. The staff was not ready to refund the amount,rather insisting me to take a drink or take 3 cookies instead. Isn't this a cheap trick to make a profit? I told them clearly Idon't drink nor have more cookies as i am diabetic. They just want me to ignore the one dollar as if its not big deal Who arethey to decide what they want me to do with my money Later when I insisted I want my money back. The cashier voided the previousbill and added extra avocado on the next bill to make the same amount so that they don't refund any( screenshots added) Whenquestioned why I was not told about avocado earlier. She replied its common sense that none will tell you. Seriously!!! Theytreat you cheap as if you are being served for free. I am willing to change my rating, provided I get the response fromowner. Food was really fresh and tasty. I enjoyed my lunch here. Everything was so clean and staff did their job really well.
Pretty good place. Service was a bit slow but overall pretty good. I'm only giving 3 stars because I found out the tips don't go... to the employees serving you. When you tip, you expect the money to go to the person doing the service, not the restaurant. Iwould give a better review if they actually gave their employees their tips. Read more

Gobhin served me and gave me amazing service. The food was very fresh and he was super friendly
