This is the best Subway experience I've had in Kitchener so far, despite the fact that the restaurant was very busy when I... arrived. There were many parking spaces available, but several people lined up against the counter inside the building. Theinterior is very small, which makes standing in a line a bit uncomfortable, but I was impressed by the staff's ability to serveeveryone in a timely manner. My food was excellent and I even tried the new Steak Teriyaki, which has quickly become myfavourite. There didn't seem to be many cookies left in stock, but I won't fault the restaurant for this as it was within thelast hour before closing. Read more
Me and my fiance just went to this subway amazing service very positive to customers and overall a great experience! Soup makes a nice light lunch and if you want more, the fresh made subs are pretty good.
The staff is always cleaning when i go here. They are polite and can take your order right the first time. Its a small location... but i drive out of my way to go here. Read more
Friendly staff, the heat press was not working so our meat had to be microwaved and loaded up on toppings and feel that it was... less then satisfactory. Will drive to a different location next time I want a sub. Read more
Served Stale Chicken in Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich and No Cheese added (despite placing order for with cheese). Franchise owner... "Harry" does not take feedback well and does not even acknowledge the feedback in the first place rather give silly explanationthat "Before your order I had same sub made from same chicken". I would not recommend this location to anyone just because ofthe adamant franchise owner "harry" . Read more
The new ?Beyond Meatballs Subway with Mariana sauce? is the must try items in the Subway menu. The new variety of sub gives you... taste of Meatballs but in a vegetarian form. So for all those vegetarians who wants to try meatballs but can?t eat meat shouldtry this one. Read more
This is my go to spot. I am usually here at least twice a week. Walked in tonight at 10:52 pm. The girl working there turned and... said ? actually we are closed? I asked her what time they close and she said 11. I was like alright you have 8 minutes and Ionly need one sub. She responds by saying ? I can?t make it for you I am closing? the is most disgusting behaviour I have everexperienced. The girl was so unprofessional and no manners at all. She wasn?t even wearing a hat to prevent hair from falling inthe food. I will never be visiting this location again and don?t recommend it to anyone. I will also be filing a officialcomplaint on the subway website for this disgusting and degrading experience I just went through. Read more
