We had dinning at this location. Employee was very friendly and cooperative. Followed instructions to prepare food. We were late... about to closing time so do not got our choice of bread but that is understandable as per the time. Read more

These were the sandwiches and wrap that we got from this subway. Currently sitting at home with Covid and ordered through... Doordash. On the receipt that we have it shows the proper items with the requests that we made. The pizza sub has Mayo insteadof Marinara sauce. The steak and cheese sub had barely any steak or cheese. The chicken Caesar wrap had no Caesar dressing atall or no other sauces. When I called the store they told me that it was because of a new employee and all they could do washave me come pick up new food. When I explained that I can?t come because I have covid the girl told me again to come and shewould give me the replacement food. We finally got through that part again and she informed me that she was going to call themanager to see what the options are and would call me back. I wasn?t very hopeful of the return call as she didn?t ask for myphone number so I just told it to her. 45 minutes later I decided to call back, she told me that our option was to complain toDoordash and request our money back but she wasn?t resending our food. The customer service was non existent, they didn?t evenanswer the phone and say anything about subway, just a ?hey, how are ya?? This place is a joke and with service like that Ihope you go out of business to bring back some places that actually show appreciation to their customers who keep their doorsopen?.like Franklin Pizza! Very Bad customer service from the girl, we visited 29.5.21 @2.55PM. Wrap was not put together well. She barely put the sauces... that I asked for. We are regular customers at this shop and this was a bad experience for us. I wouldn't even give 1 star if Ihad an option. Read more
