The guy who was making my order wasn't paying attention to what I was saying. Had to correct him several times. Then didn't give... me the deal for buying 3 12 in subs. He was to interested in what time it was. Won't be back if he is working....I will turnaround and leave. Read more
A year ago i gave a 2 star review. Tonight its 5. The man that is now there makes the most awesome sub. 3 times now hes... friendly, suggestive and subs delicious. This was my old review >>> I frequent this location and tonight I am really not happywith the 3 sub combos i recieved. For the price you pay at subway, I spent $41.00 for 3 combos and the subs were very poorlymade. I started into my order with 2 subs and she rushed to the till and said $27.00 and I explained I wasnt done yet and Iwanted 3 sub combos. She then began mumbling under her mask , I dont know what she was saying but I felt rushed and pressured toget out of the store . I was going to get cookies but because I felt pressured I decided against it. In additiion to the poorcustomer service our subs were not adequately prepared. There was a lack of toppings on all subs, and the two that we wantedtoasted were still cold. I did not feel welcome in this store and we had this same problem with this same staff member a weekago. I dont know if anyone reads these reviews but I am not happy and may think twice about subway. For the cost, it's just notworth it. Read more
Do your best to avoid this location. Drive the 5 minutes extra to Bridgeport or Bridge location. Got a bone in the steak a few... months back, was repremended so didn't post anything. The bread is always stale, the workers don't care about cleanliness oryour food. Absolutely disgusting, rotten lettuce, rotten veggies, not putting enough veggies on the sandwich, the list goes on.I have worked at Subway before, frequently eat at the restaurants, and this is the absolute worst, gross location. All of the vegetables are either slimy and brown or frozen. They do not want to restock their vegetables so by mid afternoon all... of the ones that haven't turned are gone. The employees are regularly talking on the phone with other people while servingcustomers. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location so you won't be disappointed. The worst part is the ownerdoesn't care about the bad service, it's no wonder the employees do whatever they want. Read more
It's like it always is. Same subway flavour. You know like nothing to write a story about but if your extended family came to... visit and had never experienced north America you'd get em one just to try a Subway Sub! Read more
I went into this store with a "buy a footlong and get a second footlong" for 0.99 cents coupon. I was shocked when I was told it... cost $20. When asked why so much since I had a coupon which was supposed to give me an almost free sub I was told I was paying$4 extra for guacamole. When I told the person behind the counter that there was no indicating that it costs extra for theaddition he had nothing to say. Even so, since when does a sub cost $14? I got extremely upset and I plan on reaching out to thethem management because I feel scammed. In any case, buyer be aware. This locating has a history of not providing the publicwith relevant details and has poor customer service. Read more
