This is the worst Starbucks I've ever gone to. They only focus on serving the drive through. They often run out of things and... don't update their app so you have to wait 25 minutes only to find out they are out of items. And all they do is shrug and saysorry. Read more

A nice big Starbucks on the edge of Kitchener-Waterloo. Service is fast and friendly and the servers take the time to explain... ingredients for sandwiches I was unfamiliar with. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. I rarely take the drive through, but the only time I did I was stuck in the... line for over 12 minutes before even ordering. Ended up going inside to collect my items. Have also had my order wrong manytimes here. Not good. Read more
The most disorganized, chaotic Starbucks I have ever been to. I mobile ordered before even arriving, and proceeded to wait over... 20 minutes (22 from ordering to be exact) for my drink. The food part came out and I ate it before my drink was even started. Ihad to ask if it had been forgotten and she couldn?t find the sticker for it anywhere, so I?m glad I finally asked or I couldhave stood there forever. There was a huge crowd of people waiting for drinks and you could tell everyone was very impatient.The staff was overwhelmed and all over the place. Also, there was a disgusting amount of flies in the restaurant, so you get tospend 20 minutes waiting and swatting flies away the entire time. Went to the Starbucks on Victoria street Kitchener, I ordered ahead and always order salted caramel cold foam, however one of... the two that I ordered felt significantly lighter so I opened the lids and tasted both, told her the one didn?t have cold foamand she just snarled back at me that she made them herself and stormed away before I could even say anything else. Rudestcustomer service I?ve experienced in a long time.???? Even took a picture of it in the store before I left and you can literallysee the difference but don?t know how to share it on this review.
