This is the worst Starbucks I've ever gone to. They only focus on serving the drive through. They often run out of things and... don't update their app so you have to wait 25 minutes only to find out they are out of items. And all they do is shrug and saysorry. Read more

Went to the Starbucks on Victoria street Kitchener, I ordered ahead and always order salted caramel cold foam, however one of... the two that I ordered felt significantly lighter so I opened the lids and tasted both, told her the one didn?t have cold foamand she just snarled back at me that she made them herself and stormed away before I could even say anything else. Rudestcustomer service I?ve experienced in a long time.???? Even took a picture of it in the store before I left and you can literallysee the difference but don?t know how to share it on this review.
