For the most part they are good with mobile orders. However, the last two times I waited 20-30 minutes. Don?t order through... mobile unless you?re ordering 30 minutes ahead of time before picking it up in the morning. But it is a zoo in the morningright now. I will be taking a break from this Starbucks for awhile until things cool down a bit. Read more

I usually do not write reviews, especially bad ones. Earlier today I was in the drive through and it was a fairly long line... (understandably). When I finally got to the window, I simply asked to have my food reheated, as it had been a while in linesince it was heated. The lady with the brown hair and claw clip grabbed my food, shouted ?OH MY F*N GOD?, and stormed away. Asif a simple reheating would cause such a disturbance to her day. Her coworker, cashing me out (young blonde lady), was very kindand looked embarrassed on behalf of her coworker. I?ve never really had bad experiences with this location, but the attitude andlooks given by this lady, WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, ruined it for me. Read more
