Is it more expensive than Tim Hortons? Yes, almost 3x the price. But Tim Hortons has gotten so bad that almost half the time I'm... pouring a lame tasting, unfinished coffee down the drain. Mcdonalds has great coffee but can also be hit or miss and have longwaits. I've ordered from this location 50+ times and it's always consistently great and tasty. I've had 1 small mishap in allthose visits; they gave me the wrong latte but it was STILL DELICIOUS. Read more
Had a very pleasant visit today. Roger is the Barista man. Thank you for being so patient and showing me a few options to try.... Totally wish this gentleman worked over on Victoria Street closer to where I live. We need more Rogers. The other teammatesthere were great too but Roger tipped the scale of my experience. All were smiling and quick to serve customers and say hello.Cappuccino and Americano Misto made for me were delicious and I will be back because of this experience, even if I have to driveacross town! After such a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Zehrs in Stratford (yes, I wrote a review), I found this... Starbucks. These guys were efficient and cheerful. They took my order, and made my drink. There was no fussing, nothing. Theywere pleasant. Thank you guys for ending my Stratford day on such a high note. Cheers! Read more
Loved the staff - polite, eager to help and ensure they have your order down clearly. I loved that this Starbucks wasn't utterly... congested. The moment we entered there, there was a tornado warning, and everyone was asked to go indoors. It was also only oursecond visit to Kitchener where we would be moving soon. Some places leave a fond impression of a place, and this particularStarbucks summed up what we felt about Kitchener in that moment in time - not congested, polite and clean and a wonderful placeto be. i go to this location very often and overall it?s great! they get drinks out very fast even if it?s busy and the staff is nice.... a few times i?ve gone here their debit/credit systems have been down (unrelated to outages) which is a little annoying but nottheir fault. their outdoor seating is pleasant too! i recommend this place for sure. We?ve used this location because it?s convenient to other shopping. In the past we?ve seen the crew fail to resolve reasonable... customer issues, this time it was us. Ordered drink and food, drink came up promptly. After waiting for some time asked aboutfood, was told ?there is a lineup for food? after seeing new orders receive food promptly, and before ours. Turns out theydidn?t even have the food item ordered. Manager (bow tie) was present during order and was not friendly, apologetic orhelpful. It will be absolutely no cost to us to stop visiting this location, there is another one much close to home. Read more
They are super nice here! Kind of a small place but it's not so bad, some seating options inside. Had a drink made here last... time and they said if I didn't like it to just come back and ask for another free of charge (I ordered matcha tea with the newrose tea or something - not a good combo).
