Thank you for charging me full price for an order which was cancelled. I called on Nov. 4, 2022 and spoke with a nice gentleman... who informed the cook to not make my order as I was canceling it. However, 8 hours later I receive a notification stating that Iwas charged full price as my order was, for some reason, made. How can that be when it was clearly conveyed to the staff that itwas cancelled, as I clearly heard the man on the phone say, ?do not make this order when you get to it!??? I have been coming here a lot lately for the breakfast special and some other dishes. Always receive the greatest service from... my main man Suresh!!!! He makes sure my coffee is constantly topped up and that I have everything I need throughout the durationof my meal. You can?t beat the price of the meals and the quality of the food here. Read more

My family went there for Sunday breakfast. I'd like to start off by saying that the staff was amazing! They were very attentive... but what impressed me the most was that every server - not just the one looking after our table - came around numerous times tofill our coffee or water glass. They did this for everyone in the restaurant. Food was very good. I had blueberry pancakes andthey were fluffy and moist. My family had eggs Benedict and the Express Breakfast and they were pleased with the quantity andtaste. Prices are reasonable. I'm sorry that I didn't get the names of our server and the other ones that came around, but wewere there Sunday morning around 9am if management wants to check the schedule. I called and made a.reservation as the previous week they kind of turned me away when we came and said no reservation. The place... was packed. Coffees came pretty fast. Our server Suresh was lovely, kept a smile on his face all the time, told us kitchen wasbusy and would take 20 to 25 mins. It is ok we said. We were hungry but we could wait. The food did take a while, our coffeeswere refilled now and then. The food came and it was delicious. The 3 plates had a nice presentation and good quantity. TheFrench toasts were spongy and perfection. I added a side of Turkey Bacon. Everything was very good. Can't wait to come back! The4 stars is because the entire place needs some better cleaning. The floors and specially those in the toilets are really dirty.Actually, in the toilets, the soles of your shoes gets stuck while walking from so much dirt. The restaurant floor needscleaning too. We really enjoyed our breakfast today we had three different unique breakfast choices and all we're really good and the staff... were really nice The only thing I would say is that although it was a very good breakfast meal and it was good portions my toastdidn't come until I was almost done my meal....
