This place was my regular but yesterdays experience was horrible and my children and my wife were already sick and this... experience made it worst. There was a big fly in the mash potato and my concern is it was a mash potatoes not sure if there wereany fly that was already mashed. I am sharing the pictures. Terrible customer service. I ordered using the app 1 hour prior to pick up with a pick up time of 5:47pm. When I get there at... 5:45pm I tell the girl at the counter that I have a mobile order. She tells me it going to be a15 minute wait for more chickenyet the tray was full of fresh hot chicken. I ask why I can't have any of what is on the tray and she tells me that it's forpeople who just ordered. Being polite I ask for a refund as I can go down the street to another chicken place faster thenwaiting. She tells me that mobile orders CAN'T be refunded and it my problem not hers. 6:10 and I finally get my food of a fewpieces of twenty minute old chicken and the rest fresh. Standard fast food experience for today. Best to order on the mobile app if you can to save yourself some waiting time. At the... time we visited the lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. The bathrooms are a tad bit scary. The toilet seat looked likesomeone went to town with sandpaper. We ordered via the App however when we got to the location, their system had not received the order. The staff were extremely... friendly and helpful and ensured that our order was ready for us within a reasonable time period. I've been to this locationmany times for family orders but by far, this was the best experience we have had with the staff. They are to be commended forgetting things done right despite being extremely busy in the store with walk-in orders and online orders. The place is alsoextremely clean and well maintained. Truly the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited. I Ordered mac and cheese, 3 tenders and garlic mayo. I was told they... didn?t have Mac and cheese or garlic mayo so it should not be advertised that they do. I waited 30 minutes for my 3 pieces ofchicken and when I received it, I went back to the car with my friends and we noticed that the one person got shrimp instead ofchicken which they cannot eat and the chicken we received was not properly cooked at all and was partially raw. I also was notgiven my cup and when I told them I didn?t get a cup the manager yelled at the cashier and told her she keeps messing up and todo her job properly and was very disrespectful. Ordered here off of Doordash. It took them 40 minutes to prepare my order and the driver only took 5 to deliver it. They... completely ripped us off on portions, forgot part of the order, and the rest was cold. Don't ever bother with this location,they're awful and you'll be disappointed every time. Read more
