Drove all the way from Hamilton with my 2 year old and were rudely told that we needed prebooked tickets to enter. Nowhere on... the search listing or website for this place are you able to understand that it's not a cafe for parents and kids to enjoy, it'sjust a ticketed play area. My daughter was so excited to see the play area and had been sitting patiently in a car for an hr.Seeing my confusion and distress the staff still couldn't care less and told me they were already full at 10 am and told me howto make bookings for next time. I left with a crying child, I'd be crazy if I drove an hr to such a place ever again. Read more

I?ve been to a TON of indoor play areas and this is the only place I?ve seen that charges any adult entering the play area the... same amount they charge the kids. My husband and I were asked to pay 10 dollars each plus the 10 dollars for our kid to play. So, essentially you?re paying to be able to watch your kid. It?s a cute play area but it?s a small structure. Coffee and foodwere decent, but I wouldn?t come back when every other indoor playground charges only per child. Read more

Love this place and concept. Truly no complaints about service/atmosphere! It?s adorable and my kids loved it. Although, I... would be encouraged to come more often if there wasn?t a charge for a parent accompanying child(ren). Considering most parentsare there to enjoy food and beverage and will be spending a majority of cost on that, I think it?s a bit excessive to chargeentry additionally for each parent. Read more

Play a Latte has been one of our favourite places for our kiddos. My 6 year old daughter has attended camps for 2 years and even... during Covid she came home each day telling us how great her day was. The camp leaders were amazing! Read more

This is a fun place and it was awesome that they had all different specialty drinks. No complaints about the idea of the place--... it's a great idea. The thing that bothered me is that it didn't seem well-run. There were apparently no rules regardingdangerous play. They had these big bouncy animals that kids were allowed to toss down the tube slide causing a huge ruckus andthen the animal would come shooting out the end-- any tot walking by would be bowled over. They kind of have a baby/youngtoddler area, but so often the bigger kids would come tearing through without any regard for the tots. I brought my 1 year old,and didn't feel safe leaving her side for even a moment. Now of course maybe the management isn't to blame for this-- but someparents who literally didn't keep an eye on their kids. It would be great if they separated the toddler area. It would besmarter and more safe for kids who are so young. Again, it's a great idea but needs to be managed better. Bonus: one of theworkers was asleep at her post when we went to order a drink. Finally visited Play A Latte Cafe, after searching for a indoor playground experience near me suitable for little ones. It was... very easy booking my time slot on online, and chat with an agent with any questions I had prior to my visit. I ended up bringingmy two children under two and my nephew just under 4 years old. The kids had an absolute blast! There was even a section thatwas safe for my 9-month-old to crawl around and explore. We ordered food and everything was delicious, they even had vanilla icecream cones for a dollar for the kids. :). There is also a very cute toy/kids shop attached (picked up a few things forbirthdays). We will definitely be back and be letting other friends in the area know to pop in. Worth the cost! Read more

Amazing place for kids to play. Awesome for parents too. We booked time for my son's birthday party for his 3rd birthday. My 18... month old daughter had a good time as well. The coffee was great, and staff was amazing. Our friends and their kids also enjoyedtheir time there. Would recommend to anyone with kids as you can enjoy a coffee or tea and still have your eyes on your littleones. Read more
