My El Salvadoran mother approves of this place. Only thing is, there's hardly any seating here, and nowhere to really sit/wait... for them to prepare the food. So, my recommendation is to call ahead of time to order. Read more

We stopped in to take a look and grabbed the tacos Al pastor and tacos birria for lunch. They were some of the best tacos I've... had in my life. Do not miss out on the birria tacos!! Great little store too. Lots of ingredients that are hard to find anywhereelse. Read more
I was introduced to this AMAZING little spot for authentic Latino food many years ago by a friend. Whether its Pupusa's or Steak... on the flat top, the food is just awesome! We have shopped here a few times for things such as: spices, juices, deserts, cocoa, tostadas, among others. The very first... time we walked into the store, the owner greeted us and gave us a tour and explained the various items and what makes themspecial. Having been to Central & South America, we recognized some items while others were new to us. Some familiar brands,like Coke, are slightly different in Central & South American markets, so it's a treat to be able to find them at Mi Tienda. Onone of our more recent trips, we wanted to try the food from their restaurant. Everything on the menu sounded so good, so weordered a variety of items to share, like: empanadas, tacos, pupusas, and a tamale. We ordered a variety of chicken and beef. Our only regret, not ordering more. The food was so amazingly tasty. The flavour, texture, quantity, and quality definitelyexceeded expectations. It all had a very home cooked family meal feel to it, which is always welcome. The prices are veryfair, too. We really enjoyed our meal, and look forward to our next trip to Mi Tienda....any excuse for more pupusas. :) Read more

My husband and I went for dinner last night, we had empanadas, tamales and bandeja paisa. Everything was amazing, but the... chicharrón was ESPECTACULAR!! Best chicharrón we?ve had in years! The ladies in the kitchen were awesome and the service wasfantastic, absolute gem of a place.
