This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have been to on multiple occasions. Every time they mess up our order and give us the... incorrect food/drinks. The worst part is the quality of the food is horrible, the worst I have seen and tasted compared to otherMcDonald's within the same area. Customer service is not any better, rude, untrained workers and managers who seem to not careat all about customers, the orders and food or what their job function is at this location. This McDonald's has always beenvery dirty, the floors, walls and the tables are never cleaned. There is garbage everywhere and piled up at the garbage stationsbecause they were constantly full and never emptied. This location should be reported to corporate for an internal audit andreview. Today we went through the drive through at McDonald's. When we pulled up to pay, they had the order quite wrong. They corrected... it and asked us to wait in the Drive Thru spot one for our food. After 15 minutes I called the restaurant (I had to call becausethe door was locked due to not enough staff). No answer. I called again and they apologized looked our order up and said theywould bring it out in a couple of minutes. After 20 minutes the order arrived, incomplete. Read more
Place is a mess, flies everywhere. Got 2 happy meals and one regular meal, gave me 1 drink instead of three. Gave me no toys for... the happy meals. If I didn?t check the food as they gave it to me I would of driven away with 2 less drinks and no toys that thekids wanted. Read more
Was told they Won?t let u in past 7pm on a Friday because they lock the doors and are afraid of kids who were hanging out in the... bigger parking lot. guess they don?t like money. So you wait 15 minutes in the drive thru, then they tell you to go park in a spot and come out 5 minutes later with a burnt... bagel? cool. Read more
Walked in and was shocked at the mess. Garbage everywhere and piled up. Every table was dirty. Old pop and grime all over the... pop station. It was not that busy and would have taken 5 minutes. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
Only got 2 of the 3 orders of waffle fries we ordered. For $4 there were maybe 4 actual waffle fries, the rest was this *photo*.... The root beer we ordered was tea. The 12 cookies we ordered were 10 gross mini doughnuts. We didn't get the sausage eggmcmuffin. Read more
I went with my kids to this location after school(drive-thru), I got 2 happy meals, 2 ice creams, a burger and a cofee, and they... didn't want to give me 2 packs of mayo, they said they charge for mayo and I have to pay( i already paid for my order). When iasked since when is McDonald's charging for mayo, the guy said they always charged for mayo. This is not the first time I'mbuying McDonald's, I have 2 small kids, i buy at least once or twice a week, I never ever was asked to pay for mayo. I paid 26dollars for the order. Also i should mention this location forgot to give me junior chicken twice, and once they forgot to puttoys in the happy meal even though i asked for toys and when i got home and i called they said they ran out of toys...it wouldhave been nice for them to let me know when i ordered.
